About Noteloop

We're a small team that got tired of bug reports that said "the button doesn't work" — and nothing else.

The story

Noteloop started as an internal tool. Every time a customer wrote in, the engineer would spend 20 minutes asking "which browser?", "what URL?", "any error in console?" — and the customer would lose patience halfway. We wanted a tool that asked all those questions for us. Once. Visually. So we built one.

What we believe

• Your data, your control. A bug-report tool shouldn't lock you in. Noteloop can run on your own infrastructure, so your data stays yours.
• Privacy is non-negotiable. Screenshots can contain anything. We don't sell data and the self-hosted version literally cannot phone home.
• Bias for shipping. The widget loads in <200ms. The dashboard is React, not Electron. We pick boring tech that scales.
